
Gender Pay Report 2023
At ý, we continue to focus on removing barriers which prevent the full participation of some groups and are learning how to ensure this becomes a shared mindset. Gender pay reporting remains an important way of holding ourselves to account and provides a useful benchmark against which we can measure our progress.
Our latest report captures the progress we are making in reducing our gender pay gap and illustrates the work in place to ensure we are putting equity and inclusion at the heart of our people practices.
We track our inclusion and equity progress through our regional equity plans. Each region has its own equity metrics to help keep us accountable, measure what really matters and reveal insights into the impact of our actions. Key data includes our regional pay gap, women in senior roles, talent pipeline data, leaver insights and demographic data.
