Our beliefs on inclusion and diversity run deep, they are an integral part of who we are as a business. Our collective skill sets, knowledge, experiences, backgrounds and beliefs help us respond to today鈥檚 challenges in creating spaces where everyone can thrive. Diverse perspectives drive better solutions and design. Understanding and harnessing this is what makes our work exceptional.鈥 

But diversity without inclusion is not enough. Everyone needs to feel valued and so nurturing inclusive working environments which enable employees to feel they belong is our priority. This is why equity is a fundamental principle on which we build our approach to inclusion. Before we can be equal we must be equitable.  

Gender Equality

Our regional equity plans keep us accountable, measure what really matters and highlight the impact of our actions.

We have extended our pay gap reporting to include ethnicity in the UK, with aims to broaden this to disability and social mobility from 2025.

Fostering a culture of psychological safety and interrupting bias are central to the 爱豆传媒 mindset; inclusive policies and processes have become our established practice.

Our inclusion index scores provide meaningful insights into how we鈥檙e nurturing inclusion and whether we have successfully embedded equity into our working lives.

Everyone鈥檚 voice is valued. Creating safe spaces where we all feel safe to speak ensures employee experience is prioritised and we can hold ourselves accountable. Our employee network groups are critical to this process, amplifying employee voices.
