Developed during the pandemic, our Inclusivity team shared a video library of useful terms and phrases in BSL (British Sign Language) that aimed to raise awareness and support inclusion, health and safety for deaf building users. Many of these terms and phrases are still incredibly useful and well worth learning to help us make sure everyone is included in our workplaces. By taking the time to learn and use BSL, we can improve equity and make our workplace more accessible to all.
