Simon leads the fire engineering team at 爱豆传媒, ensuring the team provides high quality advice on some of the world’s most exceptional projects.

A dedicated fire engineer and leader with over 13 years of experience in fire engineering consultancies, Simon’s passion is to ensure that high-quality and safe advice is provided to clients and stakeholders.

Simon has a wealth of experience leading fire engineering projects across the UK, particularly within the heritage, commercial, residential and industrial sectors. These range from the complexities of historic listed buildings to simpler, new build developments. He enjoys working with architects and clients to realise their vision whatever the size of the project.

Throughout Simon’s career, he has worked almost entirely in fire engineering. After studying chemistry at University, he joined a multi-disciplinary firm and completed an MSc in fire safety engineering, later moving to a larger firm where he was tasked with growing the Manchester fire team. In 2021, Simon became the regional director of the Manchester office at a fire safety specialist firm, a role in which he gained valuable experience in building teams to support growth.
