At ý, we are intent on developing our culture so all those in our diverse workforce can truly thrive. We do everything we can to ensure difference is celebrated and everyone can flourish. That means putting inclusive and equitable practices at the top of everyone’s agenda.
Our latest report captures the progress we are making in reducing our gender pay gap and illustrates the work in place to ensure we are putting equity and inclusion at the heart of our people practices.
While a gender pay gap report is a UK legislation requirement, we look at each of our global regions and report on all locations where we have over 100 employees. By having an overall global view, we can measure our progress and identify areas for improvement as one business, while also implementing specific regional strategies to increase representation.
