ý’s parametric design provision offers Developers, Architects and Quantity Surveyors a robust toolset to reduce the cost of residential apartment buildings.

Join Ben Richardson, Director, Sustainability & Physics, as he presents how ý’s evidence-based approach to parametric facade design delivers tangible savings for stakeholders per residential apartment, whilst maintaining aesthetic and sustainability goals. The tool helps bring more detailed design earlier in the planning process and helps de-risk Planning Applications.

This online event is perfect for Residential Developers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who want to uphold high sustainability standards, meet the architectural vision whilst reducing cost and risk.

Speaker

Ben Richardson

Director

Ben’s experience and knowledge of building physics and sustainability ensure that the buildings he designs consume less energy, are more comfortable to occupy, and have minimal environmental impact.

He uses his knowledge and experience to evaluate and drive the design from concept to construction. His previous employment at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) provided a platform for him to develop a strong practical understanding of buildings from the hands-on testing and monitoring he carried out. This allows him to link his knowledge of building performance in theory to building performance in reality.

Ben has almost 20 years of experience in the built environment, specifically dedicated to building physics’ impact on occupant comfort and experience, while simultaneously minimising energy consumption and carbon emissions.
