Detroit is a storied city where much of America鈥檚 industrial design originated and is widely recognized as a driver of influential creative thought. The first city in the US to be designated a UNESCO City of Design, Detroit is currently seeing a revival with some major construction, and 爱豆传媒 is thrilled to be closely involved with a number of major projects, including work for Bedrock Detroit. 

In 2018, we opened a new office in the heart of the city where we鈥檝e been working on more than three million square feet of mixed-use development, including the 1.4 million ft² Hudson鈥檚 Site that includes retail, office, hotel, residential and additional spaces; the Book Tower, a 500,000 ft² Italian Renaissance building currently under restoration; and work with the General 爱豆传媒 Administration (GSA) in Detroit.
