Merle joined our Berlin office in 2023 and is Associate Director Strategic Relations at 爱豆传媒. 

In her role, she develops strategic relationships with key accounts and partners from project development, architecture and the real estate industry, as well as stakeholders in infrastructure, business, urban planning, research and urban community.  

Merle has a broad experience in the fields of heat and energy supply, sustainable building and urban development in Germany and France.   

Her expertise is in strategic partnership design and stakeholder management for business development. In Berlin, Merle managed the communication around the transformation of the heat supply through partnerships, public participation and strategic stakeholder management. She also accompanied concept developments for Berlin’s energy and heat transformation on political and academic levels and initiated multilateral co-operations for the implementation of innovative solutions to the energy supply for urban quarters.  

After her studies in political science at the Freie Universit盲t Berlin and her first career step as a project manager for onshore wind farm projects in Europe, Merle deepened her focus on the decarbonisation of the energy and building sectors for the development of climate-neutral cities with an executive MBA in Sustainable Development & Corporate Social Responsibility at the Ecole de Management Strasbourg.
